Children’s Bike Quick-release Axle

For children’s bikes with a quick release/ 5mm hollow axle, such as: Woom 4 (Now), Puky, Islabikes, Frogbikes, Pyrobikes, Kokua. The axle is 142mm long without ends.

In some cases, the M6 insert shaft can also be used if there is a thread in the hollow shaft, as is the case with Woom hubs. In that case, we always recommend using the M6 adapter, as this axle is thicker and therefore more forgiving.

Attention! Thread both sides with equal depth into the ends. Then tighten on 1 side to a maximum of 8 Nm (This is hand tight, similar to pulling one finger on the tool).
