Upon receipt, you have 14 days to inspect your order and choose to cancel the purchase.

Please check immediately after receiving the item if it is delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to report it.

Returns or exchanges may be made no later than 14 days if:

  • The items are undamaged
  • The items are still in the original packaging
  • The invoice is accompanying the return shipment


Step 1: Get in touch

Please clearly state your order number in the subject of your email. Please indicate in this email what you wish to return and whether you wish to exchange or have it credited and for what reason. We will then email you the return procedure tailored to your situation.

Step 2: Return the products
In case of a return, the shipping costs are at your expense.
Pack the product securely to avoid damage and include the invoice in the return shipment if possible.
Drop off your return at a post office/carrier of your choice and keep your shipping receipt.

Step 3: Receive your money back
Upon receipt of the return products and verification by us, you will receive an email confirmation. We will refund the purchase price within 1 business day via the payment method used, provided the conditions are met.

Damaged/Defect/Wrong article received
We try to ship your order as carefully as possible. Nevertheless, it may happen that we have accidentally shipped the wrong item to you or that your item has become damaged/defective.

In case of problems with your order, the costs incurred are entirely the responsibility of FollowMe Tandem.


There may be times when a problem arises with a product. FollowMe Tandem then quickly resolves this with you. Items purchased through our webshop are covered by the standard 2-year warranty period. If you have purchased FollowMe Tandem products from a dealer, warranty handling is through the respective store.

Please include the order number and a description of the problem in your email. When possible, include a photo with the problem right away. We will then contact you to resolve the problem.
The handling procedure will be emailed to you after your request. Tailored to your needs, situation and the product.

Step 2: Returns
In the event of a warranty or defect, we may ask you to return the product. Pack the product securely to avoid damage.
Shipping costs for a warranty settlement are the responsibility of FollowMe Tandem. Depending on the situation, we will choose the easiest shipping option.

Step 3: Handling
FollowMe Tandem will handle the warranty handling. Goods with defects justifiably covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent product.
