This adapter set is designed for bikes with Shimano Nexus 4, 7 or 8 gears or Shimano Alfine 8 or 11 gears, among others. These are all hubs with an INTER, NEXUS or ALFINE logo in the center of the wheel.
The adapters replace your current rear wheel axle nuts to fit the FollowMe. Sometimes the back cover of your chain guard needs to come off to accomplish this.
To check the fit, you can measure the inside size of the axle nut currently on your bike. This adapter has inner dimension: 8.5mm. Visit a bike store if you cannot measure this yourself with a caliper.
